Ethereum mainnet multi-sig. Active outbound transactions between 2020–22; transparency reports in the bookshelf. Treasury signer seeded the ETH/MONA pool on mainnet and the ETH/MATIC pool on Polygon. All UNI-V2 tokens still held. Initial resources from the 2020 genesis and early NFT mints supported protocol build-out and ecosystem activity. No VCs, private rounds, men in suits, ever. From 2022 onward, usage narrowed to infrastructure upkeep and deployment costs as operations shifted toward on-chain agents. 843 MONA are held from the original 1000-unit allocation. This will route through automated distribution pools tied to application activity and protocol metrics; the contracts for this are in progress. Treasury inflows develop only when the applications do; pre-market systems don't generate traction until the computational stack is in place. AI-driven media workflows are what bring the economics online.

The grant system in web3 is broken. Every builder knows it. We learnt that first-hand more than once, but still pushed out apps across some genuinely interesting tech.

Tokens
A protocol can't execute on-chain economics with vibes. It needs tokens as primitives to coordinate agents, pools, flows, and application logic. Economic sovereignty doesn't exist without units the system (and solidity) can move, lock, measure, or route.

Privacy & Encryption
Privacy is not optional here, it is base layer. Early fulfillment ran through Lit PKPs. When Lit moved to a pay to use model, we dropped the dependency and shifted everything into our own internal wallet based encryption infrastructure. Every fulfillment market in all apps now runs private key channels between buyer and fulfiller only. For more on our encryption approach, listen below.
Our applications are stripped of cookies, telemetry endpoints, device tracking, and behavior analytics. We don’t give a flying fuck who you are, and we don’t want to know you like that. If you want to show up, do it through ecosystem activity you choose to make legible: decentralized social, open-source bug hunting, shipping code. Walk forward into the dark forest. Bedroom-sneaking, pervert analytics, absolutely not.
The only thing we store is your last language preference, saved locally in your browser. You can delete it anytime.
Next.js was sending anonymous IDs, build events, errors, and dev metrics to telemetry.nextjs.org → deleted. fuck off.
Coinbase Wallet SDK was sending a persistent device ID, user events (clicks, modals, RPC methods), your app domain, and wallet type to cca-lite.coinbase.com via Amplitude with a hardcoded API key → deleted. fuck off mate.
WalletConnect was sending pairing events, session events, connection errors, and topic IDs to pulse.walletconnect.org/batch. @base-org/account would have used the same Coinbase CCA pipeline for device IDs, subscription events, and payment events → also deleted. fuck off mate, no more.
All of that shit is gone.

Communication has consolidated into a more decentralised surface area. Long-form moved from Medium to Fountain (@digiink, @fudfaq), with occasional Mirror posts when mainnet gas made sense. Conversation moved from Discord into Lens and the Web3 Fashion CC0 forum. Earlier layers like Telegram, LinkedIn and Discord are fully retired. We don't run any side channels, no offshoot groups.
